Forest Run
Just came back from a nice run in the forest. I have decided to start doing something about the way I feel about myself and to do this I am starting with my size. I am tired of never finding clothes my size for one thing. But mainly I am doing this not becasue it has to do with size, I am doing it because there are so many things I want to do (scuba diving, climbing, competative horse sports, fencing, stage fighting(come on I am a LARPer) etc.) that I can't do being this unfit. I acctually decided upon this while I was in Hong Kong, I have no clue what was the thing that made me make the dicition, but the important thing is I did. so from now on, my everyday life consist of a workout, a short run, a poi practice(for co-ordination), and one or more of the following: a horseback ride, climbing, swimming, another run or a long walk. Might seem a lot, it does to me when I see it down on paper, but the two last things are mainly fun and thus do not feel not feel like work and the two first are spaced out over an entire day, say the workout in the morning and the run in the evening. And depending on how the next week go (my trial period) I might add more, keep it this way or go down on the amount of work. Opnions?

I'm planning on something similar, but am waiting until Iceland. I'm planning for Ace to pull me with him =D
Hey, I need to catch up with him, so I at least want to see him work to ;)
