A litttle tired

Heh, yeah, I am likely to ramble here. I am far far too tired. Maybe I am in a great state to do a DEE post. For those of you DEE is here. He is an amusing character. Talks a lot about random stuff. And drinks more than he should. But hey, that is the fun of him. If you wanna comment, just do it there. Incharacter comments are appriciated, and either way, if you make a comment and does not state that it is fore the author Dee will be the one answering.
Another character that has been noisy lately have been Ramon. He gave me a few stories from his childhood and not so long ago. I might type them up and post them here. They are just drabbles, but I find that drabbles are a great way to get to know a character. They describe the characters mood at that particular point.

First Blood-A Ramon story
Ramon stared in horror at the man at his feet, the blood seeping from the man's ear. So red, he had never imagined it would be so red. The stone fell from his hand. Blood spattered it. Blood spattered Ramon's arms and face, but he didn't notice. All he saw was the dead gaze in the man's eyes. He shivered, unable to tear his eyes away. Everything that happened around him was a blur. His crew mates fighting, gunfire, the sounds of swords clashing, smoke stinging your eyes. Far away, in a dream, he hear someone yelling his name. He wanted to answer, but his voice couldn't work. He couldn't move, couldn't speak, couldn't tear his eye away. He was captured by the dead man. The man he had killed. He had killed. Him, a killer. He was damned. He had seen men die before, seen them killed, but not by his hand. He felt filthy, he wanted to turn, to run away. Far away he knew his crew mates were fighting. Loosing. They were yelling at each other, at him. A strong arm wrapped around the thirteen year old boy, lifted him and carried him away. He didn't register where, all he could see was the accusing gaze of the dead.

In other news. Life is good. I am slightly on top of things. Mainly due to not going to practise yesterday. I don't think I will go on wednesday either. I have other stuff that I need to do. Project, paper and one take home exam

I am still alive

Yeah, I am still alive. Things are going well in my life. I am writing this while I am waiting for the coffee to brew. Yes, I brought freshly ground coffee before I left and even if that is almost two weeks ago it is still way better than most of what you get in stores. When my parents come I think I'll ask them to bring loads of coffee. It seems a bit redundant to get coffee from the old world when I am over here, but back home I know where to get the coffee I like and they also burn the beans the way Norwegians like them.
This last week and a half I have been having a lot of girlfriend time, a lot of friend time in general actually, and it is very nice. I had been thinking about visiting Thomas this weekend but there seems like there was no easy way of getting up to him. Friend time have been very nice, we've been watching b-movie biology, a movie and a discussion every night this week. Yesterday we say GATTCA, I still like that movie a lot, even if it is full of odd little things that don't really fit. We've been watching Dr.Who, having knitting circles and so on and so forth. Really nice.
In the podcast alley, I been listening to Morevi Remastered by Tee Morris. I actually really like it. It is so far quite interesting. I have also listened quite a lot to Dragon's Landing. But I have catching up to do with Escape Pod for one.
In the big news area, I am changing major. I have decided that rather be a computer science major, engineering minor than the other way around. This means that I'll have a somewhat easier time with fullfilling the requirements and I can focus on what I want to do rather than what I have to do. I can take more classes that focus on robotics and AI than I could other wise.
I also have joined the fencing team, as an epee fencer. I still have a lot to learn before I am any good. But I am sure I'll get there. But that means loads of practice. Also there is Hapkido. I took Sibs (I should really call her Miss Duffey now) class and it was a lot of fun even if I do blue belt flops instead of proper rolling falls. She is planning on starting a club, so I'll do that too. Loads of exercise. Which is good for me I guess.

Anyway Coffee is done and I should get back to coloring the comic

Comic, Mountain Day and Parry 4

So, this weekend (i.e. Sunday and yesterday, which was Mountain Day) I spent 5.5 hours coloring the first page of the comic Sibs, Claire and I are working on. And I still got about 2 hours to go, not counting how long it will take me to get the text in. Yay for time consuming hobbies. But I want a wacom, more spesifically I want a blue, medium sized Bamboo Fun, if anyone feels like spending two hundred bucks on me... Nah, I think that will be my first spending of the Norwegian Convarsation Partner job. God, I like jobs that pay well.

So Mountain was yesterday, didn't do much, slept in, read a bit of d20 Modern (like it so far), had a outdoor lunch with the Table (which is kinda like the couch, only more people), did some poi, amused Sibs by failing at Hapkido (I think it is spelled), did art, took a math test (and failed) and did more art. Nice and easy.. A lot of people were complaining about the weaher (cloudy), I don't mind, but I would have prefered a sunny day.

In Fencing just now, we learned Parry 4. And that name won't make any sense to anyone who doesn't know fencing, but I failed anyway. I move my tip too much, so I can't repost properly. Damn.. Need to work on that.

At work, and chem and I don't get along....

So, work seems to be the only times I have time to sit and write. Ah well, I do have time, and I do have stuff to write about I just don't have the energy. School is really running me rugged, but I adore three of my five classes so that is okay. Engineering is a lot of fun and just the sort of stuff I want to do. Computer science is a lot of work, but interesting and the teacher is really nice. And fencing just really makes my day, I feel really good when I have had fencing in the morning and I love that. The teacher is good and she manages not my make me feel like I am out of place which have never happened before in a PE class. And today my muscles don't hurt. Sure I have the tired feeling in them, but I don't have the hurt that comes from doing something wrong. My foo work still needs work, but that is for tomorrow as I have already had class today. We learned launches and some more foil use.
Artwise I have a picture in my head that I need to get done. But not yet. I think it is one evening in Seelye with a tablet and stuffs. It is a character portrait of Silver, but that will be just fun.
On Saturday I had one person show up for the D&D game, but Jax said she wanted to as well so. And I guess I'll post a note on the SSFFS livejournal. I'll do that once I have done some world work on the world. But even if we don't really get players we can still have fun. So far the characters are a dwarf fighter and a elf scout (NPC).

And I need to get back to homeworks.
